Sally Shapiro is set to release a new album ‘some time this year’. The album is to be released on Paper Bag Records in North America, Husmus Media in Scandinavia and Permanent Vacation in the rest of Europe, and will be the follow up to her 2006 debut ‘Disco Romance’.

Having released two remix compilations in 2008, the first of which was killer, and the second which was …erm, well, mostly filler, means we’re just dying to hear some new material. In the mean time, here’s the awesome Junior Boys remix of ‘Jackie Jackie’ (featured on Volume one) in all its self conscious and icy glory.
